Managing Partner - David R. Zimmer - Troy , MI

Mr. Zimmer is the former President and CEO of Twitchell Corporation, Core Industries Inc, and New Venture Gear Inc. He is a former CFO of Acustar and held various finance positions at Chrysler and Ford. Member of the Board of Directors of three publicly traded companies - Twin Disc, Inc.; Detrex Corporation; and Strattec Security Corporation. Mr. Zimmer has held leadership positions in publicly traded and private equity companies ranging in size from multinationals to having successfully managed a group of eighteen smaller companies. He has extensive automotive industry experience with the unique background of having worked for all of the "Big Three." In addition to automotive experience, has been involved in numerous industries (including machining, textiles, chemicals, agriculture and off-highway equipment, electronics, instrumentation, and climate control).  Mr. Zimmer has accomplished numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financial restructuring transactions in various industries and sizes, the most important being the sale of Core Industries at over four times the value when the Company was joined. He has led turnarounds in a variety of industries, the biggest being responsible for developing Chrysler's internal business plan to avoid bankruptcy. He has been responsible for operations throughout the world, including building, buying and selling companies overseas, especially strong recent experience in China. Mr. Zimmer holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA University of Michigan.



Managing Partner -: Rex R. Struble - Troy , MI

Mr. Struble is the Managing Partner of Stonebridge Equity LLC (dba Stonebridge Business Partners) which is based in Troy, Michigan USA with alliance offices based in Pune, India and Shanghai, China. Stonebridge is a strategic advisory company which helps clients to enhance their competitiveness and pursue growth opportunities in the global economy. Rex has managed/lead six M&A assignments including successfully acquiring Stonebridge’s current portfolio company and implementing the initial restructuring plan which included making organizational changes and installing a new president to lead the growth plan. Mr. Struble is the former global product business director for an organization with $1.3B in sales, 47 facilities in 17 countries, and has participated in business development activities in Europe, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and most recently has focused on business development projects in both India and China. Rex has held senior management positions with TRW Automotive and has spent eleven years with Delphi Automotive as a senior resident engineer at the General Motors technical center in Warren, Michigan. Mr. Struble holds an MBA focused on corporate finance from University of Michigan, an under graduate degree in electrical engineering from Lake Superior State University, and has received the specialized designation of Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors based in Chicago as well as the Certified Business Intermediary program at the International Business Brokers Association and has attended the Executive M&A program at Case Western Reserve University.
