Hiring : Business Systems Analyst
Stonebridge is currently seeking a qualified Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This professional will be based out of our Troy , Michigan Office, and should have an undergraduate degree in business or related area of study, or preferably an MBA.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work directly with clients to understand their current business processes
- Prepare professional documentation of current business processes and areas for improvement
- Design and document workflow and custom applications/interfaces to enhance business processes
- Develop demo and installation documentation to help clients with optimizing configurations
- Provide PC and software support for internal Stonebridge systems
- Provide support for imaging system customers as needs arise
- Install, configure, integrate and provide ongoing support for solutions that Stonebridge offers
Capabilities Include:
- Excellence in understanding and documenting diverse business environments
- Dynamic interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Proficient with process diagram tools, such as Visio
Experience with the following technologies desirable:
- Microsoft Certified Professional designation or MCSE
- Microsoft SQL Server skills, Visual Basic, HTML, Java and ASP.NET
- Prior experience with enterprise imaging or content management software
- Desktop hardware and software experience, including SCSI interfaces and scanning technologies
