Our primary objective is to develop and implement a value creation plan for a target company, in partnership with existing or new ownership, to take the company to the next level of financial performance and overall value.

Depending upon who our client is, we either move to acquire the target company and implement the value creation plan post-closing or we begin to implement two or three critical actions to enhance the value of the existing business as we move to position it for maximum value upon exit.

Our fee model is designed to secure an appropriate blend of carried-interest (sweat equity) together with appropriate management fees.
